Very helpful staff very clean room and safe parking lot and I also liked the cookies .

Breakfast with oatmeal, bacon and yogurt.

This place did all the little extras, very friendly staff. I would they there anytime. Only draw back was close to freeway and a bit noisy.

It is about like a motel 6. nothing wrong if you expect that but price was same as Holiday Inn, which I switched to and was much nicer the next night.

The breakfast was very good and the service was etxelen everything was nice and clean.

The elevator is out side and don't have a gim.

I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the comfy queen-sized beds and the nice complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. The outdoor heated swimming pool was perfect, and I loved the cozy seating areas around it. The only hiccup was that the parking lot felt a bit dim at night, so keep an eye out for that 😊

Really enjoyed Ontario, the hotel was nice in OntarioCA area. Location: the property was very close to Ontario, and the Claremont colleges. I found Black Angus Steakhouse offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue...

The location was good, the building was well maintained.

When we arrived, it was near midnight and the girl at the front desk gave me the key. I had reserved a room with a king and 2 twin beds. But, when I got in there, there was only a king. When I went and told the girl, she said that it was behind the door in another room. I told her that the door was locked...at that point, she should have followed me to make sure it was not locked, but I went back by myself to reassure her that it definitely was locked, so only then did she come unlock it. That should have been prepared for us before our arrival. The other con was that due to the building being old, there was a lot of noise from the room upstairs...they were just walking around, but you could definitely hear the squeaky floors.

This place is good, and has free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'm coming back for a business trip!

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast staff were also good. Breakfast was decent, not great but not bad either. Reasonable rates

Room too small for 2 queen beds. No bathroom fan, just A/C vent. small hallways and doorways made navigating the luggage cart difficult. Extremely slow elevator Too many noisy kids & parents; I'm used to quite business travel hotels.

Request a room away from the freeway for a quieter stay, as noise can be quite bothersome.

The stay was almost perfect. We enjoyed everything until Friday nite when all the smokers showed up.

The dope users that started showing up on the weekends. When you went out of the room the halls smelled so bad it irritated my throat,eyes and nose. I thought this was a non smoking facilities.

Plus, the staff were really helpful. I got to enjoy a decent free breakfast, but the coffee bar in the lobby was a real highlight-lots of options! Just wish the snack prices weren't so high.

The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and the cleanliness of the hotel was great! I would definitely stay here again.
